**Supply of Manpower for Operations Support Services from (1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024 and with option to extend from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025)

**Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00am to 7:30pm **, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break

Fridays:10:30am to 7:30pm , inclusive of 60 mins lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**Location:Ngee Ann Secondary School


  • Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace
  • Providing logístical support for school events and activities, including
transporting and arranging furniture and equipment


  • Escort contractors during maintenance or works
  • Look out for any safety hazard around the school
  • Look out and report any building fault found around the school
  • Cleaning of assigned rooms which includes, sweeping, mopping,
clearing of rubbish, wiping and arranging of tables and chairs


  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by P/VP/OM/AM.

Other Requirements:

1.
Physically fit to carry table and chairs and climb up and down the

stairs up to level 5

  • Must be confident and responsible, and able to take on duties such

as arming or disarming of the school alarm system

  • Able to understand and write simple English
  • Preferably at least Primary 6 education, with prior experience and
relevant WSQ courses.


  • Pleasant disposition. Good team player who enjoys working with
others.


  • Willing to learn and take up new challenges.
  • Appreciate the importance of maintaining a high level of hygiene
standard.
