    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Location: North-East


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide chair-side support to Dental Officers during various dental procedures
    • Prepare dental materials and instruments before consultations and treatments
    • Maintain high standards of infection control
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations established by MOH
    • Ensure proper disposal of sharps and clinical waste
    • Manage equipment usage and inventory
    • Handle patients' appointments using the clinic-based computer system
    • Maintain cleanliness in dental clinics
    • Coordinate with vendors for stock delivery
    • Perform daily decontamination of dental tools
    • Address inquiries and feedback while providing excellent customer service
    • Assist in managing and relocating Mobile Dental Clinics
    • Coordinate with school staff and HPB for clinic relocation
    • Oversee maintenance of clinics by vendors
    • Carry out administrative tasks including student coordination
    • Execute other assigned duties by the SDC supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent in Dental Therapy/ Dental Hygiene
    • At least 1 year of experience in dental or healthcare field
