- Support the management of the different joint-venture companies including the preparation of the different board of directors' meetings and AGMs.
- Interact with the Group commercial teams to prepare and propose the distribution strategies and once approved to ensure their good execution.
- Coordinate with Operations and IT team to ensure smooth operation of each selective distribution companies (wine purchases, wine collections at the estates, management of the different wines inventories (commercial vs reserve inventories).
- Interact with Finance to ensure a timely and efficient account preparation process and activity reports.
- Helping the rest of the team to manage portfolio projects from an operational, financial, legal, tax, and accounting perspective).
- Liaise with and coordinate and manage relationships with the external suppliers / serviceproviders (accounting firms, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bank);
- Draft documents and reports in connection with selected projects (e.g., biannual reports, regular correspondence with partners).
- Be educated to a graduate or postgraduate level;
- Possess a minimum of three to four years of professional experience in the finance department (ideally FP&A) of a multinational company, a financial services company, or a consultancy or auditing firm (Big 4);
- Soft skills: be selfstarting, proactive, independent, have a strong sense of analysis and team spirit, have a strong attention to detail, and be a hard and diligent worker with high ethical standards;
- Hard skills: have experience and interest in corporate finance and/or FP&A analysis, be intellectually agile to evolve in a position requiring financial, accounting, tax, and legal knowledge;
- Be fluent in English, both verbal and written; fluency (native) in French is a prerequisite to interact with stakeholders in France;
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure;
- Demonstrate an ability to interact with socalled "ultrahigh net worth" individuals across cultures and countries;
- Master the use of Microsoft Office tools, in particular in Microsoft Excel;
- Be available to start ASAP.

The candidate shall work under the supervision and report to the Head of Operations of the business unit responsible for vineyard projects and the distribution joint-ventures activity.
Main areas of responsibility include:

A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and technical know-how. Well-versed in design fundamentals with an intuitive grasp of colour, graphic composition, design and typography. Passionate about storytelling through visual imagery. Curious with a collaborative mindset, and enjoys working with people. An adaptative multi-tasker, flexible to change, and open to responding to direction. Responsible and good at personal time management, with the ability to work under pressure to short timelines. Passionate and motivated, and possesses a high level of initiative with good problem-solving skills. Knowledge of graphic design and layout, and basic photography. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and relevant/related programs.
Proficient in video software (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro) Web knowledge and social media marketing experience will be an advantage.
Diploma/Degree Students and Fresh graduates of Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or other relevant design-related studies are invited to submit a CV and digital portfolio.
