Description
We are looking for a successful Business Development Manager who is dedicated to helping our company grow.As our Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning of effective marketing and sales strategies and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Research and find new opportunities in our industry for our business to successfully grow and expand into.
- Stay up to date on marketing and sales best practices.
- Aid with the creation of marketing and sales material to be used across various platforms to promote our business.
- Collaborate with our sales team to set and meet competitive sales goals.
- Meet with existing clients to determine ways we can better meet their needs.
- Cold call, meet with, and onboard new potential clients.
- Aid with the hiring and training processes of new sales team members.
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Past sales and management experience are a must
- Must be a strong leader and team player
- Must be a natural salesman or saleswoman
- Must have excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills are a must
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Required able to travel to China and ASEAN countries for business discussion.
