- Conduct data collection and processing for project evaluation under the Practice Innovation and Capability Development Team using Microsoft Excel and other data-related programs
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support through documentation, minute-taking, electronic publicity design, email communication, scheduling meetings, and venue and refreshment arrangement
- Assist the team in providing regular project progress updates through administrative reports and presentations
- Organize, document, and file all practice guides and policy-related documents electronically for knowledge management
- Support ongoing innovation and digitalization for CPS practices
- Provide onsite and administrative support for coaching cases undertaken by the Practice team (e.g., implementing integrated coaching framework for CPOs, supporting engagement of clients for coaching cases, etc.)
- Support cases managed by other CPS teams (e.g., assisting with Malay interpretation, fetching CYPs, etc.)
- Diploma/Degree qualifications
- Good writing and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other data analysis software is an added advantage
- Competent in using CANVA or other multimedia creative design software
- Good analytic and organizational skills
- Experience in social work/social service setting is an advantage
