Job Description

Get ready to dive into the exciting world of Account Development at NIQ! As part of our team, you'll be the driving force behind nurturing strong client relationships and unleashing solutions that propel our customers to success.

As an Account Development expert, you'll be in charge of overseeing all client activities and ensuring NIQ's triumph with each client. This means not only achieving timely results and client satisfaction through cutting-edge analytics but also taking full responsibility for client financials. You'll be the go-to person, working seamlessly within a complex organizational structure, and essentially acting as the general manager for clients under your care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Forge and maintain solid connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers at clients, engaging in strategic discussions
Create external Joint Business Plans with clients and meet the operational targets set for them
Handle regional NIQ contracts effectively to honor commitments
Spot sales opportunities for NIQ Services and Solutions to drive clients towards their strategic goals
Collaborate with Sales Leaders at NIQ to support them in reaching sales targets
Deepen your understanding of the NIQ portfolio and how different solutions complement each other
Promote NIQ through presentations at events to generate new client leads
Work closely with Analytic Consulting teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client needs and delivered promptly

Qualifications

Hold a University Undergraduate or Masters Degree
Bring at least 8 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in industries like FMCG/CPG, enterprise sales, eCommerce, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or information technology
Display strong analytical skills
Show proficiency in managing complex client relationships and resolving issues
Have experience in leadership and mentoring
Be highly skilled in data analysis and Microsoft Office
Previous exposure to NIQ solutions is a plus
Experience in Financial Management is preferred
A proven track record of enhancing client engagement is a bonus
