The Customer Service Cum Adminsitrator will report to the Term Project Manager


Required experience and skills:

Independent, Customer oriented with high adaptability to different client/ in different situation.

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Able to work under pressure.

Be an active team player and consistently seeking improvement in work processes.


What you will be doing:

Ensure that enquiries are handled in a professional way.

Ensuring all of client follow up and enquiries are well received and executed. Ensure that all enquiries are handled without delay.

Cooperation with Operations and Sales at all levels to ensure timely job completion / customer satisfaction.

Assist Term Project Manager in paperwork, claiming and churning out various reports.

Ensure proper filing of all document.

Working within the company's compliance and governance.


Requirement:

Minimum O Level / N Level and or Diploma.

1 year of relevant working experience.

Able to converse in Mandarin and English.
