- Reporting to the Deputy Director of Environmental Services (ES), providing operational, contractual and administrative support for the ES and Central Express (CE) / Portering functions in the hospital.
- Manage, coordinate, and integrate ES and Portering management with the hospital's strategic vision and objectives.
- Implement policies and work procedures to align with the hospital's goals, fostering teamwork and staff development.
- Undertake quality improvement works and support new initiatives in the Hospital.
- Bachelor's degree from recognized institution with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, including 2 years in Managerial / Supervisory roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Effective leadership, team player, and meticulous attention to details.
- Independent worker with initiative and ability to multitask.
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations.
