Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounting functions of Kris+ Pte.

Ltd (Kris+):

Understand internal controls and ensure governance of accounting and business processes in the set up
Understand the specific regulatory requirements for the new subsidiary and ensure accounting processes are set up to adhere to those requirements
Facilitate the smooth transition of the payment programme (from the existing set up to the new set up inclusive of current processes and accounting treatment)
Provide full spectrum of accounting services to the new subsidiary by maintaining the full set of accounts, and ensuring that the records are properly maintained and comply with regulatory requirements
Work closely with the loyalty programme business unit to roll out new initiatives on the payment programme
Report flash and actual results to SIA every month, based on stipulated timeline issued by SIA
Prepare quarterly Board papers for submission to new subsidiary's Board and prepare/review quarterly and annual MAS reports/surveys
Liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audit and prepare annual financial statements for the new entity

Requirements:

A degree in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably related to financial reporting
Experience with implementation of accounting systems an advantage
Meticulous with good analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player who is able to also work independently and is selfmotivated
Good problem solving skills
