Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead crossfunctional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
Track project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing any deviations.
Manage project scope changes, ensuring that changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plan.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues to keep projects on track.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for projectrelated matters.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (minimum 35 years) in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Clientfocused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Adept at working in a fastpaced, dynamic consulting environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
