Job scope :

. Provide engineering support for:

. Aircraft structural repairs

. Upgrades

. Conversions

. Perform structural analyses, including:

. Static analysis

. Dynamic analysis

. Finite Element analysis

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve:

. Optimized design solutions

. Cost-effective solutions

. Timely project delivery

. Plan and oversee structural testing, including:

. On-site support during testing phases

. Guidance for test teams and test directors

. Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on:

. Structural aspects

. Test results

. Design integrity

. Contribute to organizational growth and development by:

. Improving structural capabilities

. Developing new skills

. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior stress engineers

Requirement :

. Technical Skills:

. Strong understanding of structural analysis

. Proficient in finite element analysis

. Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g. CATIA V5) for simple modeling tasks

. Experience with composite structures analysis (desirable)

. Soft Skills:

. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
