HR Executive - Singapore - TRI-STAR INDUSTRIES PTE LTD
Description
To be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation and dealing with Government bodies- To build rapport, engage and sustain good relationship with stakeholders
- To coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, prescreening applicants, arranging interviews
- To analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
- To administer annual performance appraisal
- To provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other department and stakeholders
- To perform other administrative duties and Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least two to three years of experience in HR Management.
- Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work independently with integrity under mínimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams.
- Resourceful, independent and meticulous.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
- Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges/responsibilities.
