Job Overview:

The Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's product/ services and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers. The Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings.

Job Description:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

To identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, online research, proactive outdoor sales and account management.
To exercise initiative in setting and executing strategic business and action plans or projects.

Customer Needs Analysis:

To engage with customers to understand their requirements, challenges and objectives.
To translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

To deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
To highlight the benefits and features of the company's product/ services.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
To negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close deals.

Technical Expertise:

To maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry trends.
To stay updated on new technology and industry developments.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

To track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
To provide accurate sales forecast and reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management:

To build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
To ensure customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing communication and support.

Team Collaboration:

To collaborate with internal department in order to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Material Engineering.
More than 1-2 years of working experience in Sales, Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
Team Player with strong technical and communication skills.
Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Good interpersonal, organization, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and hard-working.
Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
