- Engage with customers/users to provide technical support for Zscaler platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and fostering positive customer experiences.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Zscaler ZIA portal, including configuring firewall control policies, GRE/IPsec tunnel setups, location/sublocation policies, URL/cloud app controls, SSL inspection policies, Advanced Threat Protection policies, and Source IP anchoring.
- Exhibit strong familiarity with network protocol analyzers such as tcpdump and Wireshark, along with network security concepts including SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to address network issues using tools like Ping, Traceroute, and MTR, with expertise in protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS.
- Hold mandatory Zscaler certifications (ZIA & ZPA), with additional certifications and experience with other proxy vendors being advantageous.
- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within matrixed and distributed team setups.

- Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting enterprise customers/users
