Responsibilities:

Act as both a hunter and a farmer in the Web3 ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
Utilize the CRM system/Notion to maintain accurate client interaction records and collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
Manage and optimize multiple BD channels to activate ecosystem partnerships.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the web3 gaming/AI/DePIN sectors.
Be willing to work on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to business requirements.
Travel at short notice to conferences and industry events to represent Aethir.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
23 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in a Web3 company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is required.
Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is required.
