- BA/BS degree in applicable field.
- 10+ years marketing experience and 5+ years experience working in (or with) a media agency
- 5+ years leadership/management experience with a track record of managing and coaching teams
- Technical proficiency in paid search and social platform algorithms, creative optimization levers and broader understanding of industry trends. (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase)
- Experience implementing a full funnel testing strategy focused on improving conversion throughout the buyer journey
- Experience in using attribution modeling
