Internal

  • Reception desk management including but not limited to only meeting, greeting visitors, and showing them to a meeting rooms.
  • Responsible for making and serving beverages to clients.
  • Support meeting setup in meeting rooms such as snacks etc.
  • Keep and maintain the cleanliness of office environment, pantry & meeting rooms.
  • Supervise maintenance workers when onsite in the office, during weekend if required.
  • Handing out and collection of access cards to visitors.
  • Guiding visiting colleagues on JustIn Mobile app and/or face scans and CaterSpot app.
  • Assist with inquiries and needs from the visitors and employees.
  • Monitor the use of office stationeries and supplies within the workplace.
  • Monitor pantry and stationery stock count and report to Office Manager and Receptionist.
  • Assist desk heads with any requests to support the administrative tasks and duties.
  • Back up for Office Manager and Receptionist when required.
  • Filing documents as per requirement.
  • Distribute letters to relevant colleagues.
  • Completion of Anti-Fraud forms for Admin department.
  • Appointed Fire Warden for the office.
External

  • Maintain Company PO Box.
  • Assist with courier management.

Profile

  • Wellpresented, highly organized, and outgoing.
  • Must demonstrate strong problemsolving skills, excellent attention to detail and used to working independently.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and willing to roll up the sleeves and add value by backing up other team members.
  • Fluency in spoken & written English is essential.
