Description

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for supporting daytoday operations in the warehouse environment by performing monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
  • To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipment
  • Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
  • To ensure all inventory transactions are complete within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
  • Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.)
  • Plan and conduct periodic, Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the company's SOP.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review.
  • Ensure billing data accuracy while performing monthly billing.
  • Ensure office areas are well maintained. Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:


  • Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience as an Operation / Order fulfillment executive in a warehouse environment
  • Minimum of 3 years in the logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player, confident, and able to work under pressure in a face paced environment
  • Applies experience and logic
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organize work

Others:

  • 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
  • Working location is at Tuas
  • Company transfer is provided (Monday to Friday only)
