- Become a trusted technical advisor to clients, actively listening to understand their needs and concerns. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
- Strategically allocate resources, ensuring optimal workload distribution and team skillset utilization.
- Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Champion quality by implementing and enforcing rigorous standards for technical deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Focus on building efficiencies, creating repeatable processes, and establishing best practices for streamlined implementations.
- Collaborate closely with product management to define new product features that address evolving customer needs.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams by providing consultation to prospects and clients on best practices and relevant technologies.
- Partner with pre-sales to design and present compelling solutions to potential new customers, and assist with RFI/RFP responses.
- Prior experience leading a technical team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
- Extensive experience in the Financial Services domain, ideally with a focus on Financial Crime and Compliance.
- A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise solutions to Tier 1 organizations, demonstrating end-to-end expertise.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and effectively address concerns in a consulting or professional services capacity.
- A commitment to continuous learning, possessing the agility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure your team remains at the forefront.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
