    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Formulate a growth strategy with a dual focus on achieving financial gains (sales), fostering business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify emerging market opportunities, potential business entries, and evolving customer needs.
    • Harness the power of data analytics tools to perform trend analysis and forecast sales, ensuring strategic decision-making.
    • Analyse regional sales activities, sales projects, and key performance indicators, taking proactive measures to guide the business in alignment with established plans and beyond.
    • Deliver actionable business insights through comprehensive reporting mechanisms.
    • Coordinate business meetings and travel arrangements with potential clients to foster meaningful connections.
    • Champion the promotion of the company's products/services, anticipating and addressing clients' objectives.
    • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring strict adherence to established legal rules and guidelines.
    • Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
    • Offer reliable feedback and provide dedicated after-sales support.
    • Nurture enduring and robust relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance synergy.
    • Institute processes for continual business and operational enhancement.

    Requirements:

    • Applicants should have relevant experience in General Insurance Claims.
    • A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, self-driven, possess good interpersonal skills, are meticulous, and demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
    • Candidates with experience in promoting/selling health insurance and those with prior experience in the insurance sector will have an added advantage.
