The Sales Operations Assistant at Klook is a vital role that provides crucial marketing support to the Klook sales team.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the sales department and assist in driving business growth.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:


Assist in the preparation of marketing campaign proposals and reports by collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Handle general accounting duties, including raising payment requests, issuing invoices, and generating basic accounting reports to support financial processes.

Collaborate with the Legal department on contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution of agreements.


Represent the sales team by attending online or in-person workshops and events organized by clients, actively engaging and fostering positive relationships.

Coordinate and deliver pre
- and post-sales operational support, ensuring seamless logístical assistance for sales operations.

Take part in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to support the overall goals of the sales team.


What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to travel approximately 20% to 30% of the time.

Experience in digital & social marketing is a plus.

Proficiency in data analysis is a plus.

Experience and Knowledge of the travel industry, OTA and/or e-commerce is a plus.
