Job Overview:
As a Recruiter at Sterra, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth and success in the ecommerce industry.
You will work closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to develop and execute recruiting strategies, and will play a critical role in building a diverse, high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and develop job descriptions and interview processes to support these needs
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
- Track recruiting metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the ecommerce or technology industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
