You must:

Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a wellknown university
Be called to the Singapore Bar, 23 years PQE
Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, Supply agreements, and Data Protection
Experience in litigation management
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
Ability to work well in team settings and to build relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
