You are the guardian who will champion brand integrity across all brand touch points and communication. It's you who will drive and optimise the execution of strategies for IHH Group's brands internationally. You will partner with brand agencies and freelancers to develop exciting new branding projects. You will also keep our brands relevant with your eye on industry trends, changes, and opportunities.
Key accountabilities
Your primary responsibilities
. To review and implement branding strategy across the IHH Group
. To review, develop, improve and launch brand guidelines
. To manage external agencies
. To regularly review competitors' branding activity through industry research
. To be a powerful advocate of the IHH Group's brands and educate stakeholders to drive results
. To manage the IHH Brand Portal
. To help markets to improve their execution of marketing communication pieces
. To develop Branding training modules on Learning Management System (LMS)
. To collaborate with colleagues across different functions/regions to coordinate and deliver all branding initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Your credentials and skills
. A degree in Marketing/Branding or the equivalent
. At least 8 years of experience in branding/marketing or communication roles
. Experience in healthcare industry is NOT required
. Experience of working in a global setup
. A proven ability to develop brand strategies
. Excellent project management skills
. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Your personal qualities
. A passionate, positive, assertive, and yet empathetic attitude, with exceptional 'soft skills' to enable delivery with a high level of collaboration and partnership
. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
. The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
