- Handle payment
- Ensure that Waiters are performing their required duties to the Hotel's standards and properly groomed
- Draw up duty roster for the restaurant service employees with Manager
- Prepare for and conduct shift briefing with Manager
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food orders
- Serve food and beverage to guests
- Replenish beverages for guests
- Handle guest complaints
- Explain Daily specials and other dishes
- Collect guest comments and feedback
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
