Description

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

  • Responsible for preparation of group consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and external reporting
  • Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and SFRS. Develop policies and guidelines to ensure compliance over governance and controls when necessary
  • Advise subsidiaries on accounting treatments and organize regular groupwide trainings
  • Continuously evaluates group's financial closing processes. Develops systems & procedures for improvements
  • Responsible for chart of accounts
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements
  • Work with Company Secretary to ensure that requisite filings and returns are lodged with the ACRA as prescribed by the Companies Act
Merger & Acquisition


  • Assist in the process of merger and acquisition

Job Requirement:


  • Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing group consolidated financial statements and SGX reporting
  • Experience in IPO
  • Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
  • Experience in SAP & HFM
