    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

    Salary: Basic + 1.5 months completion bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, including e-filing of documents, managing duty roster, and handling petty cash.
    • Collaborate closely with the Finance department on procurement, arrears management, banking, and payment-related matters.
    • Oversee procurement of stationery and pantry refreshments.
    • Manage inventory and maintain an organized storeroom.
    • Maintain up-to-date tenant records for assigned buildings.
    • Compile and submit additional charges form for tenant billing purposes.
    • Program access cards for tenants.
    • Coordinate complimentary parking or parking lot reservations as needed.
    • Manage seasonal and hourly parking, including revenue collection and reconciliation.
    • Ensure efficient car park operations and adherence to car park SOPs.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
    • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
    • Proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Preferably someone with facilities management (FM) background and familiarity with SAP would be advantageous.
