We are on the lookout for a hard-working, friendly, and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an
Operations Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Efficiently carry and load equipment and displays for events.
Work independently to manage tasks and responsibilities.
Prepare and print materials needed for events.
Ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and wellmaintained.
Keep the warehouse organized and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
A driving license is preferred, with an additional salary incentive for drivers.

Traits We Are Looking For:

Meticulous attention to detail and prompt in execution.
A keen learner who takes initiative and is proactive.
Able to communicate in English.
Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure.
Organized and responsible, taking full ownership of duties.

Working Hours:

Office hours: 4 weekdays (9am 5pm).
Standby: 1 weekday + 1 weekend (from home), with rotational standby for evenings.
Overtime compensation provided for work beyond normal hours.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
