JOB SUMMARY

  • Own and maintain the Financial Market Operations' process and requirements for Loan Platforms such as LoanIQ and / or ACBS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the Loan IQ is successfully integrated into the FM Technology Stack and FM Operational activities
  • Ensure that other FM Loans are migrated from other SCB Systems into Loan IQ
  • Interview internal teams to write operational requirements
  • Work with technology to ensure those requirements are implemented
  • Produce and review Operations Test Plans to ensure that inter departments' requirements are covered

Strategy

  • Help deliver the GCM Origination to Distribution Strategy by ensure that the systems are delivered per business expectation and timeline

Business

  • Solid understanding of the syndicated loan activities including arranger, lender, borrower, loan and agency, and loan closing. Prior experiences in loan servicing and/or agency will be extremely beneficial.
  • Good understanding of loan systems setup and configuration
  • Prior working experiences in large technology system stacks and deep understanding around integration testing requirements.

Processes

  • Understand how to implement and integrate local settlement system to overall tech stack
  • Understand agile system development methodology

People & Talent

  • Work with SCB Technology team, FM Operations, and business to ensure delivery

Risk Management

  • Understand operational risk impact of the system requirements and delivery

Governance

  • Support function head with appropriate governance metrics; ensure operational risks are retained within the appropriate risk tolerance.
  • Embed the Group's values and code of conduct. Support to develop a robust culture to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • 5+ years of prior experience specialising in Loan Servicing and/or Agency.
  • Sound knowledge in large technology system stacks and deep understanding around integration testing requirements.
  • Understand and can establish operational processes to address risk and capacity
  • Any Diploma / Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Solid understanding of the syndicated loan activities including arranger, lender, borrower, loan and agency, and loan closing.
  • Good understanding of Loan IQ or other Loan System setup and configuration.
  • Good understanding of ClearPar and other loan trading activities.
  • Highly organised with good communication skills.
