- Overseeing requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Conducting in-depth user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process
- Facilitating customer and stakeholder activities (workshops, interviews, etc)
- Translating business strategy into a clear product vision and strategy, both short and long term
- Crafting and maintaining precise product documentation, balancing feature trade-offs with priorities and tech limitations.
- Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Managing all aspects of product cycle, including concepts, research, sales, solutioning, customer feedback, requirements
- Building relationships with customers, thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate engagement and actively participate/lead customer events, product & needs training
- Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, evaluate competitors, and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Acting as a product owner
