- Supporting the formulation and implementation of strategies through analysis of competitive position, marketplace dynamics, pricing segmentation, profile trending and exposure level analysis.
- Creation of product, monitoring of uptake and working with local countries to enhance or roll out the Personal Lines Device strategy.
- Developing data and analytics that support profit and loss for the LOB and providing detailed analysis of product performance and growth.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in product development work in the device protection field (insurance or assurance models)
- Experience with internal stakeholder management, including training and influence.
- APAC market experience required
- Technical knowledge in device protection products, including the development of and distribution of insurance and assurance products
- Clear understanding of different regulatory markets across APAC
- Proven analytical skills necessary to ensure portfolio is managed to deliver acceptable results
- Insurance pricing skills, based on market statistics and company experience data.
- Able to build and understand P&L to support business case.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
