Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analytical deepdives to assess and identify suitable and strategic opportunities within the Minerals & Resources space
Develop and maintain a repository of processes, contracts, and key deal information to facilitate project due diligence, origination and execution
Perform thorough due diligence including transactional, financial, regulatory and operational review and analysis to facilitate business decisionmaking
Overseeing adherence to project plans and scope of work, and ensuring smooth overall project operations
Liaise, negotiate and collaborate with potential partners and clients to secure, implement and manage projects
Lead daytoday/endtoend operations of all projects under the Minerals & Resources business unit, including interfacing with onsite operations team to support the fulfilment of contracts
Liaise with key stakeholders to design and execute strategic initiatives targeted at the Minerals & Resources business unit in line with corporate objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business and/or technical discipline
With 2 to 4 years of related work experience and industry network in the minerals and resources sector is required
Nimble and competent, with the ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks, projects and work activities
