Description

Our client is from Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

Contribute to product improvement and engineering projects discreetly.
Lead problemsolving and action planning in project management.
Perform confidential risk analysis & failure mode to define process flow and control plans.
Qualify equipment and validate processes for product enhancement projects.
Provide confidential technical guidance to junior engineers and other departments.
Ensure project adherence to schedules and budgets with confidentiality.
Optimize process parameters discreetly for improved product quality and equipment effectiveness.
Explore innovative processes to enhance product quality or productivity confidentially.
Facilitate the confidential transfer of new/improved processes into production with robust controls.

Requirements:

Min Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Biomedical Engineering or any relevant field.
Min 3 years' of working experience in relevant industry.
Experience in cleanroom will be an advantage.
