Programme Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects
Research, solicit, and liaise with foundations and potential sponsors to support TSA projects and programs

Connect their foundations leadership with local and senior TSA leaders, building and managing relationships

Work with all locations across the territory to identify and document needs that foundations could potentially fund. Seek leaderships direction on priorities.

Coordinate and support the formulation and implementation of Mission Support, HIVE, Mission Development, and other projects for the territory

Review, evaluate, advise and make recommendations for all mission support projects.

Work closely with regional and District leaders, HODs/Centre Program Managers/Department and stakeholders related to Project implementation.


Child Sponsorship
Promote and anage all aspects of the Child Sponsorship Programme for the territory and identify gaps and growth areas.

Propose, coordinate and produce promotional and marketing strategies and materials for sponsorship programmes


Liaise with Communications to feature and publish stories of sponsors and home/centres whenever there are meaningful stories and/or activities in relevant and appropriate media.

Maintain donor management system for sponsorship programmes and ensure proper receipting and accounting.


Administration
Prepare agenda, reports, and minutes, supporting materials and provide information/ details for meetings.

Monitor and follow-up on funding and sponsorship status regularly.


Keep and maintain an accurate record of proposals, statistical data, filing system and electronic correspondence relating to all projects and programmes.

Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Programme Secretary, including communication with IHP Projects Department.

Represent TSA and participate in public and private meetings and events.


Participate in fund-raising projects and undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management and Leadership from time to time where appropriate.
