Job scope:
• Follow up with customer queries and provide excellent customer service. (via telephone / whatsapp / email).
• Liaise with the relevant department/staff accordingly to resolve the customers' requests/feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively handle the customers feedbacks and recovery channel for customer satisfaction.
• Provide general support to the Management & Operations Team
• Support administrative functions such as documentations, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Organize customer contacts and sales data efficiently.
• Daily administrative duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
• Having a positive attitude and take pride in your work.
• Self motivated & meticulous.
• Willingness to learn & adapt.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably some experience in customer service.
• Able to converse well in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to speak and write simple Chinese. As need to converse with Chinese speaking only customers.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
Working hours:
• 5.5 days work week.
• Monday - Friday (9am - 6 pm) Saturday (9am - 1 pm).
• O.T will be paid for working past normal hours.
