Description
Job Purpose

  • Responsible for management of daytoday operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function
Job Requirement

  • Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
  • General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
  • Updating of medical billings/invoices
  • Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
  • Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
  • Assist in the daytoday operations of the Clinic
Skills and Knowledge
- possesses the art of service excellence.

  • Preferably able to speak mandarin as a significant number of our patients can only understand Mandarin.

Salary:
$1, $2,200.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
