    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    The role involves managing all legal aspects of the Group's business, including M&As, JVs, and investments, as well as handling general corporate legal matters and compliance. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsel. Additionally, the position entails overseeing compliance policies, corporate secretarial duties, and risk management activities. The incumbent is also responsible for facilitating training, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and liaising with stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial law, ideally gained in-house or in a law firm.
    • Strong understanding of legal advice related to general corporate advisory work, including company and contract law.
    • Familiarity with SGX Listing Rules and Regulations is advantageous.
    • Completion of ICSA or relevant postgraduate/professional qualifications would be beneficial.
