Requirements
Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records

Keep track of inventory levels, product movements, and stock to ensure accurate and uptodate inventory records.
Conduct inventory checks to reconcile inventory records with actual stock levels.

Ordering and Managing Stock

Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Negotiate with suppliers, manage delivery schedules, and monitor stock receipt.
Manage the stock and protection of stock from damage or loss.

Forecasting and Planning

Analyse sales data and production/ delivery schedules to forecast future demand for products and plan accordingly.
Develop and maintain inventory plans to support business goals and objectives.

Monitoring Stock Performance

Regularly review inventory levels, product movements, and stock performance to identify any discrepancies or problems.
Take corrective action to resolve any discrepancies or problems and improve stock performance.

Specific Skills
a) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
b) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
c) Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
d) Knowledge of inventory systems, and inventory management software.
e) Familiarity with B2B purchase, sales and handling of stock.
f) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/ Experience
a) Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
b) A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
