Job Description:

Carousell is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to support our Autos transactions. You will manage the daily inbound leads, transactional sales and provide our customers and business partners with value-added services.


You will:


Leads management

  • Provide car buying & vehicle financing advice according to our internal procedures
  • Assist customers to source for the best pricing in their vehicle tradein requests
  • Negotiate with our partners to match up the pricing needs of our customers
  • Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests from customers and providing timely updates during every step of their vehicle purchase
  • Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives
  • Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
  • Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols

Driving revenue growth in transaction services within Cars category

  • Identify the needs of potential customers to provide them with our vehicle sales and valuation, financing and vehicle insurance services
  • Turn prospects into raving buyers
  • Monitor prospects closely for conversions to actual transactions
  • Provide vehicle financial advice and sharing of the various loan packages available
  • Source for competitive Vehicle Financing rates within our partners, banks, and stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts, customers, partners, banks, etc)
  • Sharing the benefits of our complimentary aftersales package

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • A selfmotivated achiever with a drive for success in sales
  • You love cars and are highly interested in the Autos industry
  • Excellent endtoend selling skills, including needs assessments, followup, objection handling, and closing deals
  • Effective negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, everchanging and highly digitized environment
  • A desire to make the Autos industry fair and honest again
  • Excellent timemanagement skills
