***Senior Manager, Performance Analysis, APEC role will focus on Executive Communication with Senior Leadership teams to deliver high quality data driven insights through effective story telling. This role will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives to help the Revenue Management discipline leaders in making key strategic decisions to drive higher topline revenue and market share for the organization. The role will encompass a high degree of stakeholder engagement and cross disciplinary collaboration with the broader Regional and Global Consumer Operations Teams including, but not limited to Digital Marketing, Loyalty & Partnerships, Consumer Experience, and Operations Teams.

In addition, will collaborate with the Director, Performance Analysis, and Sr.

Director, APEC Revenue Management Operations to provide necessary support in execution of recurring deliverables _(monthly & quarterly)_, Annual Business Planning and Goal setting for APEC Region.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience

  • 4year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a quantitative discipline _(finance, computer science, operations research, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.)_
  • 5+ / 7+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
  • Preferred: Working experience in Revenue Management/Sales/Marketing/Loyalty Programming domains or Travel & Hospitality industry

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrates a strong analytical ability, with knowledge of financial analysis, quantitative analysis, statistical tools and economic concepts
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multitask assignments and solve complex business problems
  • Strength in strategic planning, and data storytelling to help communicate key insights and strategies to Senior leadership in a clear, simple, and succinct manner
  • Ability to digest large volumes of complex data/information, translate it into insights and actionable strategies for the discipline to facilitate executive decision making
  • Leadership skills and confidence to conduct oneself amidst senior leadership presence and larger training forums
  • Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and change; supports and manages positive change.
  • Excellent command of the English language; with interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the expertise of developing corporate communication for senior leadership
  • Technical skills and experience:
  • Working with SQL querying on databases _(i.e. Snowflake cloud databases)_, creating reports & dashboards for data visualization in analytical tools such as Tableau
  • Statistical modeling and machine learning in Python or related programming languages

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Ideation, development, and execution of key initiatives to support revenue Management leadership in strategic decision making
  • Develop measurement techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of performance related initiatives
  • Drive reporting and dashboard development for innovative and cognitive analysis required to enhance the disciplines analytical vertical in line with key business objectives
  • Execute monthly leadership communication decks for key stakeholders, including but not limited to Performance Updates & Market Share trends
  • Responsible for technical and analytical support required to provide datadriven performance insights on revenue management metrics
  • Deliver key stakeholder presentations and trainings for development of Revenue Management talent and cross disciplinary trainings
  • Special projects, including ad hoc stakeholder requirements for information, analysis and recommendations relative to Revenue Management initiatives
