    Roles & Responsibilities

    Maintenance Engineer

    · Opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in Singapore

    · Based in Singapore, the regional hub for Asia Pacific (AP) and top-ranked biopharmaceutical company on The Straits Times and Statista's list of Best Employers in Singapore for three consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022).

    Primary responsibilities:

    · Assist Lead Engineers to complete work activities timely and effectively with GMP requirements.

    · Shall have the experience in the maintenance of equipment's such as filling machine, autoclaves, parts washer, compounding vessels.

    · Shall have the experience in the operation & maintenance of water systems such as Purified Water Systems, Water for Injection Systems & Pure Steam systems.

    · Shall coordinate with maintenance planner and ensure preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance for equipment's are carried out by technicians per plan.

    · Shall coordinate with vendor for the execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance.

    · Experience in Calibration will be an additional advantage.

    · Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module will be an additional advantage.

    · Perform troubleshooting of the equipment's.

    · Perform EHS actions identified during GEMBA walkdown, PHA etc.

    · Perform CAPAs pertaining to QN and Audits.

    · Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager.

    Education Minimum Requirement:

    · Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics with 6 years' experience or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics with min 3 years' experience.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    · 3-6 years of relevant experience

    · Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Should have minimum 3-5 Years' experience Maintenance in Pharma/GMP environment (preferably related to maintenance of manufacturing equipment)

    · PMETs/Mid-Careerist with no prior work experience in Biopharma industry are welcome to apply
