Job Functions & Summary:
Assist in organizing social events/activities for members.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure the success of activities and social events throughout the club year as approved and sanctioned by the Lifestyle & Bowling Committee
- Ensure the daytoday operation run smoothly and is operated in an efficient manner in compliance with the Club's Rules and Bye-Laws.
- Provide feedback on the progress of ongoing events and update the committee on any issues that require further discussions and approval where necessary
- Ensure that all facilities, and equipment are maintained and serviced to the best possible condition according to the planned schedules. According to specifications prior to any tournaments or competitions.
- Conduct coordinating and progress meetings with other relevant internal departments during the organization of the bowling & lifestyle events
- Provide admin support to the accounts department in debiting the members after each activity
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements;
- Minimum 2 years related working experience in Events Management.
- Diploma / Certificate in Events Management or its equivalent. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
- Ability to lead, motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multiethnic teams.
