Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHiArt is currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team, with flexible weekday availability and the willingness to travel to various outlets as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
Assisting with student enrollment processes
Providing support for daily center operations
Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor
Willingness to work at least one weekend is preferred
Capability to travel to different locations as required.
Work locations: (Marine Parade / Sengkang / Tiong Bahru / Novena / Bukit Panjang/ Bukit Timah)
Flexi- working days from Tuesday to Friday, 3-9pm, or Weekends 9am-6pm.
