    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job description:

    • Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding:

    Assisting in recruitment process

    Applying work pass applications and renewals

    Creating and maintaining of new employees e-pfiles

    Facilitating first day introduction/induction programme

    Preparing and managing confirmation appraisal process

    Preparing of acceptance of resignation letter

    Managing off-boarding processes

    • Payroll processing:

    Processing monthly payroll for about <100 Headcount

    Preparing payroll report for Management's approval

    Manage and maintain HR system

    • Managing submissions for Government's claims
    • Supporting the team in staff engagement efforts

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary education Business Management/Human Resource Management or related fields
    • Minimally 2 years of relevant HR experience with payroll
    • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
