- To carry out pest control inspection at premises
- To carry out pest control treatment e.g. spraying and baiting
- To design pest management plan according to site situation
- To carry out follow up on pest issue until problem solved
- To submit service report and checklist promptly
- To attend pest complaint within stipulated response time
- To provide good quality service to customers
- Provide feedback to management and client for any pest infestation, irregularities, improvement action (housekeeping/ proofing), etc.
- Ensures the safety operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals
- Ability to work in a team
- Physically fit. Able to carry equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Diligent & Hardworking
- Strong desire to learn new skills
- Communicate well with customers to build strong customer relationship
