In this role, you have the opportunity to focus on delivering excellent healthcare informatics product and Solution to customer with the Customer First motto.

The Technical Consultant is responsible for ensuring that Customer's workflow needs are addressed with a stable solution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Standard activities at work will include
- participation in Requirements Assessment, execution of Implementation tasks, Quality Control and User Acceptance, support Customer Go-Live activities Hand-over Documentation. Additional supplementary activities include
- resolution of problem management cases and services requests raised by customers (internal or external). The role provides a conduit between its area of expertise and the cross functional teams; comprising Philips EDI (Healthcare Informatics division) as represented by the Service & Support team, Solutions Group, Project Office, EDI Sales and Management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain effective communication with customers
  • Manage effective communication with internal and external cross functional teams
  • Effectively utilize service tools for tracking implementation tasks, logging applied time, document management, problem case management and publishing of work instructions for support team
  • Prioritizing implementation tasks and Problem management cases load with the Solutions and Implementation Manager
  • Ontime and highquality delivery of implementation activities with zero avoidable errors
  • Support SIT and UAT activities and resolve any identified gaps
  • Support with Go-Live preparation and Post Go-Live activities
  • Support on root cause analysis of recurring incidents and work with Problem management team or Subject Matter Expert for further analysis
  • Participate and contribute in cross functional team as an active team member

We are looking for:


  • Relevant degree in computer science or related technology with 7+ years handson experience supporting customers

Prior experience with Cardiological or Radiological workflow, including DICOM, HL7 etc

Previous experience in Modality Engineering and/or Technical Support for Imaging will be helpful:

  • Proven proactive, self-starter with ability to assess complicated scenarios, determine action required, and engage appropriately to resolution
  • Proven ability to solve problems systematically and effectively, ensures high customer satisfaction
  • Selfdriven, independent, humble and team spirited with learning aptitude.
  • An ability and willingness to travel
  • Exhibits leadership through personal responsibility, accountability and teamwork.
  • Able to write clientside scripts like PowerShell, batch etc.
