Description
FINANCE
. Financial reporting and budget utilization.
. Verification and tracking of approvals until payment.
. Verification of IT Fixed Assets to check for existence and impairment annually and ad-hoc as requested.
. Verify PC leasing requests in portal and update PC leasing record file.
. Review of demand in ITBM.
. Analyse Profit and Loss Statement to check for accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilization.
. Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
. Collate information and prepare yearly Budget & Revenue Planning.
. Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly OPEX Budget and DAP Planning.
PMO
. Provide support to CIO Office PMO team on project tracking and management.
. Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
. Collate information and prepare for reports.
. Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT.
. Prepare and submit annual IMDA surveys.
. Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project managers renew system maintenance on-time.
Ad-Hoc
. Handle ad-hoc IT issues which are escalated by users for resolution.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
. At least 2 years related experience in supporting role function.
. Ability to study, analyse and interpret financial information.
. Strong in process and business workflow.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint
. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
. Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
Location of the office will be in the West
