Description
**Job Responsibilities- To keep existing business and develop new business through selling the Schenker value propositions in specialized vertical markets.
- To identify prospective client for the purpose of selling and to obtain market feedback for the nominated Product.
- To exceed sales targets in accordance with the requirements provided by the Sales Management and Schenker's policies.
- To enhance and grow our customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers.
- Work with operational and functional groups to deliver value to the customer.
- To draft out proposals, quotations and ensuring customers' requirements can be met within the scope of Schenker capacity.
- To monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment, all discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder with at least 3 years' of sales experience in relevant industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA) and Analytical tools (e.g. Rprogramming, Python)
- Experience in sales planning, sales proposals, and selling the value propositions appropriate to corporate level customers and other stakeholders in the organization
- Demonstrated understanding of sales financial targets with proven successful results
- Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills
- Highly selfmotivated, with a strong interest for learning
- Ability to articulate by using of clear, convincing and tailored communication
- Proven selling skills and knowledge of value propositions
- Recognized flexible disposition; open to coaching and feedback
- Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software programs preferred
