    Google Ads Specialist (PPC) – Remote (LATAM)

    Location: Remote – Latin America

    Compensation: $14–$18/hour (Full-Time)

    The Role

    We're looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist who can build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.

    This is a hands-on role focused on execution, performance improvement, and measurable ROI. You'll work within structured SOPs while collaborating closely with Account Managers to align strategy with client goals.

    If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment — this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
    • Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis
    • Structure campaigns for scalability and clean performance tracking
    • Write and test high-converting ad copy
    • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL)
    • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends
    • Manage bidding strategies and budget pacing
    • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager & GA4)
    • Follow established SOPs for builds, optimizations, and reporting
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to align paid strategy with business goals
    • Prepare performance insights for internal and client reporting
    • Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads management experience
    • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization
    • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
    • Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable improvements
    • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
    • Strong written communication skills (ad copy + reporting)
    • Detail-oriented and process-driven
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus
