Job Description:
As part of our Field Service team, you will be required to go to various customers' site (residential, commercial, industrial) to do diagnosis on faulty equipment and provide a solution for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and repairing of airconditioners.
- Perform onsite testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners
- Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule
- Preparation of daily reports
Your Profile
- Diploma/Higher NITEC in Engineering or equivalent
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Positive learning aptitude
- Able to work from heights
